Rhett moved to Germany in 2002 to continue his successful tourism career and to be with wife Barbara in her home State of Bavaria.
Rhett is a well respected tourism professional having worked in a variety of senior roles in the International Tourism industry in both Australia and overseas in the public and private sectors over the past 17 years. Rhett has also served on several Industry Boards and bodies in Australia.
His areas of specialty are Strategic Marketing, Brand positioning, advertising, and Tourism Marketing, both at a destination level and at a product level, specialising particularly in the Australian, Pacific and European regions.
Rhett held the position of Director of Marketing and Vice President Marketing and Sales Asia Pacific for earth television network AG in Germany.
His current account portfolio sees him doing everything from negotiating and setting up cooperative advertising campaigns, to undertaking training sessions for tourism products that TCMG represents, to adjusting the destination position of regions represented in these markets.
Chris Crampton
Sales Manager UK & Ireland
Chris has nearly 20 years’ experience in the travel industry, working across a number of different sectors, such as aviation, hotels, tour operations, retail and car rental.
Chris has an in-depth knowledge of a variety of market areas, he can provide a ready-made industry resource, both in terms of industry contacts and planning for future growth and profitability.
After working in a number of senior roles both within and beyond the travel industry, Chris decided to make himself available as a consultant in 2005, and in that role remains in demand in the hotel, aviation and tour operating sectors, with a proven and verifiable track record of success. Across these roles he has worked in sales, commercial, strategy, product, project management, research bringing the same focused approach to problem-solving and revenue generation. He remains passionate about travel, and the travel sector itself, regarding it as the most dynamic and exciting industry there is.

Mike Smith
North America
Mike Smith is a dual Australian/American citizen, who has resided in Southern California since 1982.
Mike has been employed in the Travel and Tourism business since 1980, with much of his career being devoted to promoting outbound travel from North America. In addition to the marketing and business enrichment roles he currently undertakes for selected clients, he also has experience in tour operations in the North American market. He has managed strategic consumer and trade campaigns for a number of National and Regional tourism bodies as well as conducting sales and marketing representation for hotel groups, attractions, transport providers and upscale resorts.
In the past few decades, Mike has established a broad network of key contacts and peers which has allowed him to maintain a reputation built on good interpersonal relationships, diligence, dynamic support staff and common sense. He has succeeded as a representation professional by recalibrating his focus on traditional media and personal interaction, with social media developments and rapidly evolving technology.
He holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of New South Wales, and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. He resides in Long Beach with his wife Phyllis.
